Research Meditation Retreat
This Research Meditation Retreat is a three-day experiential journey designed to help practitioners see things as they really are, grounded in an understanding of the principles of cause and effect, impermanence, and the laws of nature.
Participants are gently guided to directly observe the law of cause and effect and impermanence. Under the guidance of Ajarn Hartanto Gunawan, the retreat offers a balanced program of formal meditation practice, Dhamma talks, mindful daily activities, and periods of silence and reflection.
Over the course of three days, participants will progress from understanding fundamental laws to being able to apply these insights to everyday life. This retreat provides a supportive and contemplative environment for both beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their practice with clarity, presence, and compassion.
